The abstinence idea seems not to be working among most teenagers and parents need to accept the harsh truth and be ready to support the idea of safe sex for their children.It is often the norm for parents to advise their children when they become sexually active but we always see failure in the method. At school, there are trained personnel who will educate the kids in a much more elaborate way and give them the condoms for safety when in the act.
